Wonderful hotel for a short stay in Porto! The hotel is attached to the Bom Successo Mercado which is a fantastic place to have a bite to eat or a drink and listen to some live music. It is a bit of a hike to the Ribeiro district but buses and taxis are plentiful. Be aware that if you are arriving by car that there is very little parking in front of the hotel due to construction making check in a bit of a challenge. There is paid parking in a small garage at the hotel but space is limited and not much parking in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel if you can navigate the parking issues. If you arrive by other means, you will enjoy it even more!

Room - clean, modern lines. But design exceeded functionality in a few things, eg bedside table was so small that the bedside light took up most of the space, leaving no room for anything other than my spectacles & phone! The sink in particular might have looked good, but didn't allow it to be filled to wash your face, the tap had to be running all the time. Breakfast - I was very happy with the selection of gluten free breads & pastries available at breakfast, I just had to ask for them. Location - very handy for the Bom Sucesso mercado! Staff - very helpful & all spoke good English. Taxis - taxis ordered by hotel arrived in minutes

The hotel is well located. Just 9 minutes from the metro station and next to a bus station with plenty of buses. It is close to a small shopping center, pharmacy, supermarket, bakeries to have breakfast or lunch and on top of that it is located in the Mercado Bom Sucesso with plenty of choices to eat. Rooms are very clean, quiet (ours was at least) and the staff were very friendly. They have covered parking with not too many spots and a bit tight but convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a flawless stay :) From the cleanliness of the room to the variety of options during breakfast, this hotel was definitely a plus in our stay in Porto. Room was very spacious with a creative and unique design and the staff was very helpful throughout the stay. It is a short walk away from the metro and bus station that connect you directly to the city center. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants directly under the hotel that open till 12am if you want to chill near your hotel room.

I had been to Porto several times before and have usually stayed at the HF Tuela Porto around the corner from Hotel da Musica. I was glad I tried something new and found my stay here very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and every day they would leave me a lovely treat: custard tarts, cherries, or a peach. The staff was very friendly and I liked that it was connected to the food court, which offers all manner of excellent meals. The daily breakfast was also a big plus.
